Q: When do I have to return the equipment?

A: Equipment must be returned no later then 10:00am the day after the rental period. Unless predetermined arrangements have been made.

Q: Am I responsible for the full cost of replacement or repair if the equipment is damaged or lost while it's in my possession?

A: Yes you are fully responsible for the care and safety of the equipment.

Q: What do I do if the equipment fails to work properly?

A: Contact us as soon as you notice any problems and we will replace the defective item if a reasonable replacement is available. Should we not have an adequate replacement, we will credit the item.
